Why We Provide Profile Portability

The purpose is to allow you to:

Create your profile once and use it across compatible participating shopping experiences.

For example, when you view an eligible garment through another participating experience, PrimeStyleAI technology may use your existing profile to provide:

• a recommended size;
• pre-sizing;
• fit guidance;
• styling recommendations;
• product personalization; or
• another relevant shopping result.

You should not need to rebuild the same sizing profile for every participating network merchant.

Information That May Be Used

Depending on the feature, the portable profile may use information including:

• sizing information;
• measurements;
• estimated measurements;
• fit preferences;
• body-profile information;
• product preferences;
• style preferences; and
• AI-generated fit or sizing information.

Merchant Access Is Limited Where Appropriate

Participating merchants do not necessarily receive your complete underlying profile.

Where technically appropriate, the merchant may receive or display only the result necessary to provide the shopping experience, such as:

rather than receiving the complete underlying profile used to generate that result.

Uploaded Photographs

A sizing or fit profile being portable does not necessarily mean that every participating merchant receives or can view your uploaded photographs.

Access to photographs and more sensitive profile elements should be limited according to the particular service, technical requirements, applicable privacy controls and legal requirements.

When you voluntarily upload an image for a MyAIFitting feature, the image may be processed by MyAIFitting and authorized AI or technology providers.

Processing may include:

• identifying body landmarks or characteristics;
• estimating measurements;
• creating a sizing profile;
• generating virtual try-on output;
• creating AI Stylist or Dressing Room output;
• generating shared looks at your direction; and
• improving the requested shopping experience.

Your Photos Are Not Automatically Public

Uploading a photograph does not make it publicly visible.

Public or shareable access occurs only when you affirmatively choose a feature designed for sharing, such as Style Vote or a shared look.

MyAIFitting uses photographs and body-related information for fashion sizing, fit, visualization and shopping purposes.

The fact that software analyzes a photograph or body measurements does not by itself mean that MyAIFitting treats the information as a legally defined biometric identifier.

If a feature is implemented in a way that causes information to qualify as biometric information or another specially regulated category under applicable law, MyAIFitting will provide any additional disclosure or consent required before using that feature.

If you affirmatively choose to create a Style Vote, shared outfit, or other shared experience, information selected for sharing may be accessible through a public or shareable link.

This may include:

• your selected display name;
• generated images;
• selected products;
• outfit information;
• voting options;
• vote results; and
• related public content.

Your private account dashboard is not intended to be publicly exposed through these links.

You should not upload or publicly share another person's identifiable image unless you have appropriate authorization.

MyAIFitting does not need to sell customers' sizing profiles or uploaded photographs in order to provide the MyAIFitting shopping experience.

Where MyAIFitting engages in activity legally considered a sale or sharing, eligible users will be provided the applicable opt-out mechanism.
